Lately I have been gravitating towards basics. Fewer ruffles and frills and florals, and more tailored looks – blazers, trousers, slouchy boots and classic pieces you can mix and match. This belted blazer I have had for a few years (this one is so similar) – I just swapped out the existing belt and added a gold stretchy belt I got in the Zara sale (linking a similar one from ASOS here). And I love that wearing knee high boots over jeans is back in again! Trust me, you need a pair of slouchy black boots in your life – the holy grail are these from Isabel Marant – but there are so many other chic ones as well!
