I don’t know about you, but I can’t stop thinking about springtime and it is only January 27th! And nothing gets me more in the mood for spring (or maybe it is the other way around) than a beautiful new blouse! The mornings are lighter earlier, the birds are chirping, and it is slightly warming up! I’ve rounded up some floaty and simply GORGEOUS puffed sleeve blouses all under $100 in case you want to freshen up your wardrobe to get ready for spring! Wear your new blouse with white or light denim (like I am here) or dark wash denim, tucked in or out, with dainty gold jewelry and some some fun boots or pumps and you’ve got a fresh and feminine transitional outfit – and don’t worry you can still put a coat on over it!
