I ordered this dress way back in the Shopbop sale last month. At first I was worried that it would be too short, but actually in summer when it is hot, hot, hot it will be the perfect length I think! A short dress can be a fun alternative to shorts. I love all LoveShackFancy dresses. They remind me a bit of Zimmermann, having that same romantic feel, but are way less pricey. To me, this brand is the “shabby chic” of clothing featuring antique ivory and printed fabrics, lace detailing, ruffles, just all around very romantic. I only discovered LoveShackFancy probably less than a year ago,. It’s a New York City-based lifestyle brand founded in 2013. The brand originated from the founder’s desire to design the perfect bridesmaid dress for her own ethereal summer wedding at her family home in the Hamptons. I’m a total convert now and I am going to be wearing these dresses all summer long!
