I recently purchased this bodysuit by Amanda Uprichard. I have not worn a bodysuit since college and I have to say they are much improved these days! It is made of a very lightweight faux leather / parachute material that is super airy yet substantial enough not to be see-through. It is blousy at the top so it looks like you have just tucked in a camisole. Styling it two ways here – it’s perfect dressed down with shorts by day, and dressed up with jeans and heels in the evening!

And just a few words about my glass slipper shoes! They are dead ringers for the Amina Muaddi Begum pumps that so many of us have coveted for ages! Amina Muaddi shoes are to die for but (a) they are super expensive at over $1,200 a pair and (b) they are always sold out and are very hard to find! So when I was shopping in Dillard’s in Reno a couple of weeks ago and spied this amazing dupe by Gianni Bini for $110 I went for them immediately! I have been wearing them to dinners out in Tahoe with jeans and fun tops and they are surprisingly comfy (outdoor dining is permitted in Tahoe right now)! I’ve also found this dupe on Amazon for $40 but I have not tried them on. They look very similar to the Dillard’s ones though!
I am not really into the idea of buying designer dupes and knock-offs but sometimes when the dupe is this pretty and is just so close to the real thing, I will go for it!
